The Long-awaited Level 1 Subwoofer is finally here!
It starts out with a double stacked FEA optimized motor. A chrome top plate and T yoke. 2.0" voice coil, Glossy Black stamped Steel Frame, push terminals.
This subwoofer works great in sealed or ported enclosures.

I received a Level 1 10” d2 from a customer who didn’t need it anymore. I decided to put it in my second car; the only amp I had laying around was a 1,200 watt rms monoblock. I built a 2.0 cubic foot enclosure for it (2x bigger than recommended), tuned to around 32 hz. As long as the signal is clean and free from clipping, the 600 watt peak is wildly underrated. I regularly throw all 1200 watts at it, during 90° weather with no A/C. I have not even once smelled the coil burning, and I am pushing BEYOND its Xmax. I was fully expecting it to be blown by now, but since it’s not, I’m leaving this review. Phenomenal sub for the price point, dollar for dollar the level 1 rivals Skar and other budget brands.
They arrived a few days later than projected. Other than that all was well.
Certified fresh. Wouldn’t sub them out for any thing.
This level one for entry level sound systems are a great fit. They provide perfect bass in the right enclosure. Thank you Team DC Audio!
